Over Christmas break we went to Disney World with the Watson side of the family. We stayed at the Coronado Resort for 4 nights. We all flew out early on Christmas morning. The Texas crew left DFW at around 6am. Wowza! That was an early wake up call. Thankfully Santa came on Christmas Eve. Whitney pretty much slept the entire flight, so that was great! Once we got to our Resort and got our rooms, we headed to Animal Kingdom. It's a good thing we didn't go to Magic Kingdom because it was Filled to Capacity. Yikes! Once inside we headed to the Kilimanjaro Safari ride for fast passes and then ventured into to Pangani Forest Exploration Trail where we saw the inside of a Hippo's mouth up close. We tried to rest for a little bit while waiting for the Parade. I love Parades and luckily the girls do too. Kate got a couple of hugs during the parade. Once the parade was over we were able to meet up with the other half of our crew from Kansas (Grandpa, Grandma, Uncle Dave, Aunt Sue, Alexis, and Daniel). We had dinner at the Tusker House all together for our Christmas Dinner. Then Grandma, Lisa, Jessica, Kate, and Whitney headed to the Lion King show and barely made it in, which is a good think because we were not waiting around for the next one. Grandpa, Trevor, Dave, Sue, Alexis, and Daniel went to Expedition Everest and got to ride it several times. After the show it was time to go to bed. It ended up being a pretty long day with all the traveling and time changes.
