On Day 2 we headed to Hollywood Studios and got there right when the park opened for Magic Hours. We headed straight to the Toy Story Ride to get our fast passes. Well, on the way, there was already some characters out so half of us stopped for pictures while the other half went on. It was a great chance to see Minnie, Stitch, and Daisy without waiting in line. Toy Story Mania was a hit. We rode it right when we got there and then again later with our fast passes. When we were all leaving the ride Kate got left behind. Luckily Trevor figured it out about 1 minute later and found her in the exact spot we left her. She hadn't even noticed that we were gone. She was just completely caught up in her own little world. After that we kept close tabs on her. We all went to the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure. I love this playground for taking pictures. It's such a nice place to let the kids play, of course it helps when nobody else is there yet. The other non-highlight of the day was that Jessica lost her phone in the Voyage of the Little Mermaid. She even knew right after it happened but wasn't able to find it when the theater let out again. Bummer, but no surprise in this family. We enjoyed the Playhouse Disney-Live on Stage Show too. Then it was on to eat lunch at Hollywood & Vine. It was fun to see a lot of the Disney Playhouse characters. Next was nap time. Wahoo! Alexis and Daniel even got a little swimming in. On this day we took long naps since the day before was kind of a long day and we knew that we were going to be up late at Epcot. At Epcot we went to The Seas with Nemo & Friends and Turtle Talk with Crush. I love how they interact with the crowd at Turtle Talk. Then we walked around the World Showcase while we waited to go to our Grand Gathering Event at 8pm. Kate got to see the Three Kings in Mexico and we went on the boat ride there. The Grand Gathering was a big hit with dinner and entertainment. They had a storyteller that got all the kids on stage and helped tell a story. Then they brought out Goofy and Minnie for dancing and pictures. After that there was a special spot reserved for us to see Illuminations with dessert. It was a great late night.
